If you wish, you can have your hair tested for mineral levels. It involves
taking two tablespoons of undeyed hair from the nape of the neck close to the
scalp, and the process is repeated 3 - 6 months later, depending on how far from
the norm your mineral profile is. There is a charge of £60 per sample.
